+ Assemble steel plenums and prepare materials for fabrication and shipping

+ Operate power tools including saws, drills, grinders, and nail guns safely and efficiently

+ Read tape measures accurately and mark steel for cuts, drilling, and assembly

+ Perform grinding and cleaning of metal surfaces to meet quality standards

+ Load, stack, move, and organize steel materials and tools throughout the work area

+ Follow rigging procedures, hand signals, and crane safety protocols when applicable

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Previous ironworking, steel fabrication, or similar hands-on construction/manufacturing experience

+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16"

+ Experience using power tools in a production or construction setting

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

+ Comfortable working outdoors and at heights when needed

+ Professional working proficiency in English

+ Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana)

+ Experience with rigging, crane operations, and hand signals

+ Ability to read basic part prints or shop drawings

+ Previous experience in industrial or data center environments

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

+ Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

+ Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

+ Adaptable and willing to learn new processes

+ Able to work independently while contributing to team goals +

Starting at $20 an hour + (based on experience)
