Ability to read and understand work order, fabrication drawings and blueprints. Reading construction plans and specifications. Ability to listen well, follow instructions carefully and communicate effectively. Accurate and detail-oriented, with good mathematical skills. Ability to work with shop tools and machines safely and effectively. Self-motivated, able to work consistently and productively under minimal supervision. Ability to work full-time plus overtime as necessary, work in a shop environment with noise where you have to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry material that may be fifty (50) pounds or more. The position would require that the individual will be standing for long periods of time. Can work under pressure and time deadlines. Has the ability to understand and follow detailed instruction/directions. Can work with and meet deadlines. Accurate Measuring. Accurate Cutting. Maintain a clean and neat work area.
