Read and interpret blueprints and drawings Plan and layout steel components for fabrication Ensure accuracy and precision in measurements and cuts Operate machinery and tools to cut, shape, and form steel components Collaborate with other shop employees to ensure timely completion of projects Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
