• Thursday 5am
• 3:30pm and Friday 5am
• 11am Must be able to pass background check Must be able to pass E-Verify Temp to hire after 3 months Responsibilities Perform welding tasks using various techniques including stick welding and pipe threading.

Assemble metal components and structures according to specifications and blueprints. Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently in a construction site environment. Conduct inspections of welded joints to ensure structural integrity and quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Adhere to all safety regulations and practices while working on-site. Requirements Proven experience in welding, with proficiency in stick welding techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to understand technical drawings and blueprints. Experience with pipe threading and assembly of metal structures is preferred. Familiarity with operating power tools and machinery used in welding processes. Ability to work effectively in a team environment on construction sites. Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed.
