We don't copy what's out there. We build what's next. Right now our fabrication shop is busy, and we need a skilled hand who can lay down clean stainless bead and fit like they mean it. We are seeking a high-energy TIG-MIG Welder with strong experience in stainless steel fabrication who will lend themselves as a valuable team player to our customer-focused fabrication department. Stainless TIG, tank fabrication, pipefitting, full projects from cut to polish. You'll build the actual product. The systems you fabricate ship to real plants and run for years.   • 34/hr depending on experience, with room to grow as your skills do. A team that takes pride in the work and a shop that keeps its tools and standards sharp. What You'll Do Build projects end to end
  • cutting, welding, polishing, and pipefitting
  • as directed by the floor supervisor Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to nail the exact welding requirements Run MIG and TIG on stainless-steel components
  • pipe, frames, and tanks, to spec Fabricate and weld stainless-steel tanks and vessels
  • rolling, fitting, seaming, and welding leak-tight assemblies Operate fabrication equipment (shear, roller, brake/bender, chop saw) and support machine operators Fit and weld to ISO, OSHA, and applicable QA welding standards Follow, help create, and maintain Welding Procedure Specifications Keep your area clean, your equipment cared for, and your work safe and to standard Lift and move raw materials and finished product, manually or by hoist (up to 50 lbs) Prep finished product for shipment and travel for installations and field work as needed Pitch in where the team needs it What You'll Bring 3+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience Strong hands-on TIG and MIG stainless-steel fabrication experience Experience building stainless tanks/vessels (rolling, fitting, and welding leak-tight seams) Ability to fit and weld•both, well Pipe fitting experience Advanced read on shop mechanics and blueprints Sharp eye for flaws, steady hand-eye coordination, and the strength/stamina the job takes Solid grasp of shop safety procedures Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs Associate degree or AWS certification a plus (not required•we care that you can do the work) Before You Apply The interview includes a practical skills test.
