4:00 AM•12:30 PM (Early weekend start!) About Us Old California has crafted solid brass historic lighting since 1989. We do not mass-produce junk. Every fixture leaving our factory is built by hand to look right, feel right, and last a lifetime. If you want a desk job, this isn't it. What You Will Do This is an entry-level position with a clear ladder to move up. You will start with the basics in our metal shop and learn positions throughout the metalwork, machining and welding departments. Perform repetitive, hands-on finishing work on brass fixtures. Stand, bend, and lift materials throughout your shift. Inspect your own work to ensure high-quality standards.
