Caulking Full Job Description Job Overview Field Fabrication:

Trim, cut, and shape metal wall and roof panels on-site to fit window frames, doors, and corners.

Assembly & Erection:

Install metal siding, standing seam roofing, and structural girts/purlins according to engineered blueprints.

Flashing & Trim:

Precision-installing ridge caps, gutters, downspouts, and soffit trim to ensure the building is watertight and aesthetically finished.

Sealing & Fastening:

Use power drills and specialized fasteners to secure panels, applying caulking and weather-stripping to all joints.

Safety First:

Work comfortably at heights using lifts, scaffolding, and fall protection gear.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Previous experience is preferred, especially with pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) or metal roofing.

Blueprint Reading:

Ability to interpret assembly drawings and manufacturer manuals.

Tool Proficiency:

Expertise with nibblers, metal shears, screw guns, and impact wrenches.

Adaptability:

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and standing/climbing throughout the day.

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
