Joan of Arc Welding:

Is looking for high level field welders/installers and field leads. You would be installing structural steel, stairs, miscellaneous steel. The candidates we are looking for is self-motivated, detailed oriented, and dependable. Must have the skills and knowledge to ensure installation deadlines are met and be willing to work. Field Lead position : The right candidate will have experience leading a small team , be an effective communicator, and be comfortable under pressure. Must have previous experience with lay out, regarding columns, beams, staircases, stair cores and railings.

Field Welder :

The job would consist of assisting the field crews and field welding

Qualifications:

Field lead : Be able to meet with general contractor superintendents for coordination Experience in problem solving regarding installation Familiar with Daily Reports, Hot Work Permits, T&M Tickets Install structural components: columns, beams, girders, decking, etc.. Must be familiar with rigging or other moving or lifting equipment to complete installations (Telehandler, Boom Lift, Scissor Lift) General Responsibilities -

Field Lead:

Mandatory management meeting every morning at 5:30am Manage/line out installation crew Install projects from drawings and/or verbal instructions Meet or exceed project time-frame 40 hrs. a week, overtime as required

Hours:

5:30am to 4:00pm - Monday -Thursday (Friday as required)
