Job Description
Calusa Country Club, located in Bradenton, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Community Caretaker ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Essential Job Functions Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds. Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trashcans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture. Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed. Regular and reliable attendance Performs other duties as required
