This role involves interpreting blueprints, working with various hand and power tools, and adhering to safety standards . The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and efficiency to support our production goals. Responsibilities Perform MIG & TIG, to fabricate metal components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement instruments for precise work. Follow safety protocols on manufacturing floors to ensure a safe working environment Assist in assembly tasks using schematics and technical instructions Meet daily production requirements/goals Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately. Requirements Proven experience with MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, plasma cutting, and welding techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, pipe threading equipment, and machining tools Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required in fabrication tasks Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Must be able to read and write English Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to work overtime as required Ability to lift and move 50lbs regularly

The ideal candidate will possess strong welding expertise, including TIG and MIG welding ( Primarily TIG ), and have experience working in fabrication environments.
