Production Worker - Metal Fabricator BMR Suspension - 3.2 Lakeland, FL Job Details Full-time From $15 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Qualifications Safety protocol adherence High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job Summary A leading manufacturer of suspension products for Camaros, Mustangs, and Challengers has a job opening for a Metal Fabricator for our manufacturing shop. Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred. Dominate Your Competition with BMR Suspension! This is a 1st shift position. The hours are 6am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Qualifications and Skills The following requirements must be met: Must have a high school diploma or GED Must be a dynamic, high energy person (no slackers) Strong mechanical aptitude Must be intelligent No felony convictions Must pass a drug test (Drug Free Workplace) Safety conscious Applicants must be intelligent, must have strong values, must have a history of company loyalty, and must be interested in American muscle cars. Experience with metal fab equipment such as a cold saw, tube bender, band saw, iron worker, press brake, milling machine, and drill press is a plus. Priority will be given to people who own and/or wrench on hot rods and race cars. Priority will be given to people with a military background. Many of our employees learn to weld and move to the welding department in the future.
