We're currently looking for experienced and dependable Field Ironworkers to join our team.

What You'll Do:

Erect structural steel and metal components on job sites Read and interpret construction drawings and erection plans Rig, hoist, bolt, weld, and align structural steel safely and accurately Follow proper safety procedures and use fall protection equipment as needed Work alongside a team to meet project timelines and deliver quality results Represent our company's reputation for professionalism and skilled workmanship in the field

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience working in the field as an ironworker or structural steel installer Proficient in reading and interpreting erection drawings and connection details Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions Knowledge of rigging, bolting, and field welding techniques Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
