What You'll Do as a

BackLam:

Measure and cut materials using hand and power toolsWork with resin-saturated fiberglass molds to produce and bond componentsClean, wax, and prepare molds for production useGrind fiberglass and prepare surfaces for coatings and finishesMix and apply primers, paints, epoxies, resins, and other coatingsWash, mask, and tape surfaces before painting or finishingClean and maintain painting and fiberglass equipment What You Need to Bring to the

BackLam Role:
