What You'll Do as a

Grinder:

Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and prepare materialsGrind fiberglass components to meet quality specificationsClean, wax, and prepare fiberglass molds for productionBond and assemble fiberglass components using resin-saturated moldsPrepare surfaces for coating, priming, and paintingMix and apply primers, resins, epoxies, and industrial coatingsClean and maintain painting, grinding, and production equipment What You Need to Bring to the

Grinder Role:
