The ideal candidate will have experience welding and fabricating metal components according to drawings and specifications. This position offers steady work, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick processes Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Cut, fit, and assemble metal components Operate shop equipment safely (grinders, saws, presses, etc.) Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed RequirementsQualifications Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred (Not Required) CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a plus, but not required Forklift or overhead crane experience Welding certifications Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health insurance / retirement plan (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Stable, long-term employment
