No experience needed. Our management team and mentors provide on-the-job training and a clear path for growth, with established duties and responsibilities for each labor tier in our shop.
What You'll Do:
Load and unload raw and finished material Move material around the shop using fork trucks, overhead and jib cranes, and shop carts Grind, clean, and finish products Prepare and prime-paint finished products to the finish requirements on shop drawings Setup/operate shop equipment: metal-cutting saws, torches and plasma, shears, punches, drills, and grinders Read tape measures and shop drawings to cut and make parts to spec Pull and verify field hardware against shipping tickets Keep the shop clean and organized and help maintain equipment
What We're Looking For:
Reliable, safety-minded, and open to coaching Comfortable using a tape measure, or willing to learn Able to read and follow shop drawings (we'll train you) Eager to learn and grow on the job Reliable transportation to and from work Able to perform manual and repetitive lifting throughout the shift.
