Signing Bonus Earn a $1,000 Signing Bonus! Receive $250 at your 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 1-year anniversaries. What You'll Do (Bullet-Point Edition) Build jigs, fixtures, tooling, and custom assemblies. Perform layout, fit-up, welding, and brazing across tubing, structural steel, and plate. Decode blueprints, drawings, weld symbols, and specifications. Measure, mark, cut, bevel, and prep material for high-precision fabrication. Set up and operate TIG and MIG equipment and cutting tools. Tack and fit with attention to distortion, shrink, and tolerance control. Grind, finish, inspect, repair, and modify weldments. Support product enhancements, prototypes, and continuous improvement. Conduct preventative maintenance on fabrication and welding equipment.
Choose Your Path:
Experience Levels Level 2 Reads and applies blueprints/specs effectively. 2-4 years welding, fitting, or fabrication experience. Formal welding training or equivalent experience. Mechanical savvy with strong troubleshooting instincts. Level 3 Proficient in layout, fit-up, and fabrication methods. Strong blueprint-reading and welding capability. 4-8 years combined welding/fitting/fabrication. Operates independently and improves processes. Level 4 Delivers complex, precision, and custom assemblies. Advanced blueprint interpretation, layout, tolerancing, and weld symbols. 8+ years of advanced welding/fabrication. Expert in TIG and MIG. Leads challenging fit-ups; resolves issues with minimal supervision. All Levels Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Positive, quality-driven attitude. ASME Section IX certification is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent. Culture, Schedule, and Perks Day Shift Only - No required weekends. 44-hour week: Mon-Thu 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Fri 6:00 AM-2:30 PM. Climate-controlled facility for year-round comfort.
