Job Description
Great pay. Four-day work week (M-Th). Climate-controlled shop. Join our production team and build something you can be proud of! Responsibilities Perform all welding procedures including machine settings, bottles, and necessary fittings Set up and maintain welding machine (tip, liner, changes, etc.). Welding aluminum and galvanized metal and welding vertical, horizontal, and overhead. Inspect welds for cracks, burn through and weld spatter. Grind and clean areas where required. Stay current in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and basic mechanical adjustments on all equipment as needed. Follow hazardous waste disposal program and fire prevention procedures. Qualifications Experience in GMAW (MIG) welding machines Organizational skills Ability to read blueprints Able to lift up to 40 lbs Able to work overtime as needed
