Journeyman TMS, Inc. - 4.0 Kansas City, KS Job Details Full-time From $35 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Employee stock ownership plan Life insurance Qualifications Customer communication Millwright High school diploma or GED Driver's License Safety equipment Welding Full Job Description Journeyman Qualifications Field experience in pipefitting, welding and/or millwright work High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Key Responsibilities Follow all company, customer, plant, OSHA, and job-site safety requirements Maintain and properly account for company and personal tools Keep job boxes, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe Arrive prepared and on time with required PPE, tools, permits, and materials Participate in training and advance through required skill sets Maintain accurate daily logs, time sheets, job documentation, and required paperwork Communicate clearly with foremen, customers, and coworkers Ask for additional responsibility and demonstrate leadership Train and coach apprentices and less-experienced employees Support the foreman with planning, materials, tools, and job-site needs Follow plant-specific procedures, hazards, evacuation plans, and material requirements Provide constructive coaching and feedback to support team success
