We help businesses build more efficiently by reducing costs, minimizing waste, and shortening project timelines. Our work can be found in projects ranging from churches and gas stations to multi-story hotels across the United States and beyond. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Truss Fabricator to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will build cold-formed steel trusses and wall panels using drawings, measurements, hand tools, and power tools. Previous construction or fabrication experience is helpful, but we are also willing to train someone who has a strong work ethic, pays attention to detail, and is eager to learn and grow. What You'll Do Build metal trusses and wall panels according to drawings and measurements Accurately cut, position, and fasten metal components Ensure completed products are straight, secure, and built to specifications Set up jig tables properly for each project Use drills, saws, and other hand and power tools safely Label completed pieces and bundles accurately Assist with lifting and moving large panels and trusses Operate a forklift after receiving proper training Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with your crew to meet production goals Report safety concerns, damaged equipment, or quality issues promptly What We're Looking For Dependable and able to arrive on time and ready to work Comfortable reading basic drawings and measurements Able to remain focused and productive throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team Committed to following all safety procedures and wearing required protective equipment Preferred Experience Construction, carpentry, metal fabrication, or truss and panel assembly Cold-formed steel framing Hand and power tool operation Forklift operation or certification Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills Experience identifying ways to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary tasks Why Join US Frame Factory?
