We are seeking a compassionate and Contract Licensed Professionals to join our team. As a Mobile Crisis Response Professional, you will provide on-call , immediate support and intervention to individuals experiencing crisis situations. Your role will involve conducting patient assessments, providing counseling and therapy, and coordinating appropriate resources for ongoing care. Responsibilities:
Contractor agrees to render the services in full accordance with the promulgated rules and regulations of the Louisiana Office of Behavioral Health (OBH), Louisiana Medicaid Program - Behavioral Health Services and established policies and procedures of GCSS. Contractor shall provide the following services as needed; Dispatch after an initial triage screening determines that MCR is the most appropriate service. MCR services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and must include maximum one hour urban and two hour rural face-to-face/onsite response time. Provide the necessary services to meet the needs of the clients which can include but not limited to screening, interventions, and care coordination. Participate in an on-call rotations set forth by the agency to ensure proper coverage of the mobile crisis response program Participate in and complete all required training set forth by the agency and or governing entities. Contractor shall submit program documentation of all Licensed Mental Health Services provided to GCSS with in one (1) business date of the date. Documentation of the services shall be submitted prior to the monthly invoice. GCSS shall pay contractor per the terms of the fee scheduled and within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Contractor's invoice, providing Contractor has submitted required documentation that the services were performed and in accordance with licensure requirements and agency standards. Contractor is solely responsible for any travel or other costs or expenses incurred by contractor in connection with performance of the service. Contractor will not be eligible to participate in any vacation, group medical or life insurance, disability, retirement benefits, or other fringe benefits or benefit plans offer by GCSS to its employees and GCSS will not be responsible for withholding or paying income, payroll, Social Security or other federal state or local taxes, making any insurance contributions, including for unemployment or disability or obtaining worker's compensation insurance on Contractors behalf.
