Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to blueprints, layouts, and customer specificationsInspect scaffolding equipment and materials for safety, damage, and compliance before each useLoad, unload, and transport scaffolding components and materials to and from job sitesWork at heights while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and fall protection standardsCommunicate effectively with project managers, foremen, and customers to ensure job completion within deadlinesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all timesComply with all OSHA regulations and Sunbelt Rentals safety policiesShifts:
