We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, welding, and finishing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality sculptural works.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform metal fabrication tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components for sculptures and art installations. Utilize welding techniques (MIG, TIG, and stick welding) to join metal parts. Conduct fine metal finishing, including grinding, sanding, and polishing to achieve desired textures and finishes. Collaborate with artists, designers, and other team members to interpret and execute design specifications. Operate and maintain fabrication equipment and tools, ensuring safety and efficiency. Assist in the restoration and conservation of existing metal sculptures and artworks. Participate in the installation of sculptures and art pieces at various locations. Adhere to project timelines and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator, Welder, or similar role. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. Strong knowledge of metalworking tools and machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
