Job Description
Job Responsibilities The list below is meant to be a guide and not all inclusive of the daily responsibilities. Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints. Fabricating & Designing build fixtures. Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines. Setting up metal working machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, and saws. Reviewing drawings prior to the beginning of fabrication. Perform quality checks on completed products. Complete inspection reports. Fabricate components in a timely manner to maintain schedule. Experience 2-5 years' experience as a Fitter/Fabricator. AWS welding certification. Proficiency in using shop equipment. Hi-lo License. Rigging and overhead crane use. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, positive "can-do" attitude. Possess excellent communication skills. Automotive Conveyor Fabrication a plus.
