Full Job Description Competitive Pay:

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25.00 /hr. to $30.00 /hr., depending on experience and qualifications Looking for a role where your hard work pays off? Most of your work happens Monday through Friday, so weekends are usually yours—though occasional weekend work may pop up. If you've got mechanical aptitude and a great attitude, we'll teach you the rest and help you grow your skills. You'll work on exciting projects, see new places, and gain hands-on experience with industry-leading equipment. What You'll Do As part of our installation team, you'll play a key role in setting up our DirectAIR® sites.

Your responsibilities include:

Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and schematics. Collaborating with outside contractors to complete modules efficiently. Installing piping systems, air compressors, and associated equipment. Mounting dampers, ductwork, and compressor accessories. Cutting and installing prefabricated wall and roof panels per drawings. Trimming openings, doors, and roofs. Installing condensate tubing systems. Finishing concrete floors and bases. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Delivering top-notch customer service and professionalism to customers, vendors, and coworkers. Performing other duties as assigned. What We Offer Home on weekends

Experience using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools (preferred but not required). Ability to read drawings and schematics (or willingness to learn). Willingness to travel (approximately 65-85% travel required). Ability to work overtime, including weekends when needed. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency. Good interpersonal and time management skills.
