Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and safety standards Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Reliable attendance and strong dependability Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read tape measure increments of 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32" Ability to convert fractions to decimals Ability to meet the physical demands of the position Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. Schedule Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Expectations of Employees Operate all equipment safely and in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures Complete work according to production schedules Consistently meet quality and workmanship standards
