CLASS STRUCTURAL WELDERS
Pascagoula, MS Pay:
$42/hour
Per Diem:
$147/day for those who qualify We are hiring experienced 1st Class Structural Welders for shipyard work in Pascagoula, MS.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of welding experience Strong experience with FCAW (Flux Core) and SMAW (Stick) Must pass military-spec welding assessments in:
  • 2G Horizontal
  • 3G Vertical
  • 4G Overhead Must pass a hair follicle drug screen Ability to read and interpret blueprints using standard and metric measurements Knowledge of steel plate and beam layout, fit-up, and fabrication Experience using grinders, torches, levels, squares, jacks, tape measures, and other trade tools Must be comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, outdoors, and on day or night shifts as needed Flux Core and Stick tacking experience required
