https://forms.gle/oWsK436j9CBBqUVF8 We are looking for both full-time and part-time caring, dependable Daycare Lead Teachers and Supportive Teachers to join our faith-based childcare program. We serve children from 6 weeks through 12 years old and are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, loving environment where children can learn, grow, and feel valued. Our ideal teacher is patient, compassionate, positive, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with children. We are looking for someone who will support each child's individual needs while helping create a fun and encouraging classroom environment. What You'll Do Provide loving, attentive care to children ages 6 weeks-12 years. You will be asked about your preferred age group so we can work toward matching you with the classroom that is the best fit for you and the needs of our program. Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development. Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities, including art, music, reading, learning, and play. Encourage children to develop confidence, independence, kindness, and positive social skills. Use positive guidance and redirection to help children learn appropriate behaviors. Build trusting relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom. Follow all health, safety, childcare, and center policies. Communicate respectfully with parents and guardians about their child's day and needs. Work as part of a supportive team to provide consistent, quality care. Incorporate our Christian faith and values into daily interactions and activities in an age-appropriate manner. What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children. Patient, kind, dependable, and compassionate. A positive team player with strong communication skills. Someone who can remain calm and supportive during challenging situations. Previous childcare or classroom experience is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred/required based on applicable childcare regulations, unless you are still in high school (must be at least 16 years old to apply). CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification. A heart for serving children and families in a faith-based environment. Why Join Our Team? Pay:
