Our North Las Vegas team brings together precision fabrication, safety, and innovation. Your impact Produce high-integrity welds on steel frames and components for specialized training systems. Translate complex blueprints and specifications into accurate, repeatable builds. Use advanced welding processes (GMAW/MIG, SMAW, FCAW; TIG as needed) to meet exacting tolerances. Set up jigs/fixtures and employ precision measuring tools to ensure alignment. Select processes and parameters based on metallurgy and project requirements. Drive quality through meticulous layout, finishing, and final inspection. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely. Champion safety protocols and suggest continuous improvements. What you need to succeed 2-3+ years of professional welding experience. Fluency reading prints, weld symbols, and technical documentation. Competence with calipers, micrometers, and layout techniques. Independent, self-driven work style; excellent time management. Physical capability for demanding fabrication work. Education and hiring steps High School Diploma or GED.
