Full Job Description About Us:
Our custom fabrication company needs an experienced Welder to join our team. We're looking for a hardworking energetic professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. Seeking full-time candidates for the day shift, Monday thru Friday with overtime as needed.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Must have experience in welding aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel Minimum of three (3) years recent experience TIG Welding Minimum of three (3) years experience welding in a manufacturing environment Advanced knowledge of welding practices Advanced knowledge of reading drawings and blueprints Must be able to read tape measure , be proficient at layout, and have experience reading plans and specs.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Perform TIG, MIG, and other types of weld based on project needs. Verify material sizes Interpret drawings to cut, notch, fit, and weld materials to proper specification Monitor and verify the accuracy of each job's initial set-up and final outcome We're looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment.
Pay Rate:
$20.00 an hour + depending on experience and ability to pass a
