As a Metal Framer, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and securing metal frameworks for various building projects. Your expertise will ensure the structural integrity and safety of commercial, industrial, and residential structures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills and construction experience to bring architectural visions to life. Responsibilities Erect metal building frameworks according to blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Install metal studs, framing components, siding, and trim carpentry elements with precision. Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate assembly. Coordinate with project managers, carpenters, masons, and other trades to meet project timelines. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for framing, rebar installation, and site preparation. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in metal building erection, framing, or related construction roles. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation. Familiarity with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, siding, stucco, plastering, and remodeling techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights when necessary. Construction site experience with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship.
