Fitter / Fabricator
- Fab Shop / Service We are looking for experienced Fitter/Fabricators to join a busy fabrication and service shop in New Castle, PA.

Hours:
Monday
- Friday, 7:00 AM
- 3:30 PM (1st Shift) Overtime when workload requires, typically 6:00 AM
- 4:30 PM (50 hours/week) Occasional Saturday work; rare Sunday shifts in summer (Sundays paid at double time)
Pay:
$25.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Lay out, measure, cut, and fit steel components for fabrication Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment for layout and assembly Fit and align components before welding or final assembly Perform finishing tasks such as grinding and adjustments Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Minimum Requirements:
Prior fitting and fabrication experience required Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements Must provide and maintain small tools (tape measure, hammer, squares, etc.) Physically able to lift, stand, bend, and perform hands-on work throughout the shift Safety-focused and dependable Nice to
Have Skills:
MIG welding experience Knowledge of blueprint reading and steel fabrication
Preferred Education and Experience:
Previous experience in metal fitting and fabrication preferred
Other Requirements:
On-site work environment Must be able to lift and handle heavy materials as needed Valid work authorization for the U.S.
