Traveling Ironworker / Solar Steel Installer Solar System Erectors is hiring Ironworkers for erecting the steel components for solar canopies on parking garages and parking lots. Must be willing to travel, we work in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, New England, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia. Core Job Duties Erecting, connecting and rigging structural steel. Installing purlins, bridging and kickers Working safely at heights and outdoors in changing weather Operating or assisting with telehandlers and aerial lifts Following safety procedures, producing quality work, and traveling to project sites What We're Looking For Good attitude Ironworker - Looking to become foreman and grow Willing to learn Solar construction experience is a plus OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30preferred Telehandler/Lull experience preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the United States Willingness to travel and stay out of state as projects require Must have a bank account Travel Support For out-of-state work, we provide hotel accommodations, per diem, and a gas card (foreman only) Solar System Erectors values dependable team members, invests in training, and offers a real path to a Foreman position.
