This Metal Tester position will be on site in Reading, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing metal with a XRF gun
Identifying the correct grades for the mill to use
Must be willing to learn how to safely and correctly use a XRF testing gun
Will use heavy equipment to deliver metal to the mill such as but not limited to a telehandler and off road dump truck
Must be able to lift 45lbs.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery; ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Safety Awareness:
Understanding of and adherence to safety procedures and protocols.
Communication:
Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
Flexibility:
