Our customers have an immediate need to fill the following position: Heavy Industrial contractor looking for Ironworker / riggers (Candidates local to the Columbia, SC area preferred- No Per Diem). Assist with the erection of structural steel buildings, equipment and material handling structures and facility framing support structures. Must have complete set iW tools and minimum of 3 - 5 years industrial facility structural steel erection. Must be Capable of working at heights. Must have your own craft tools and attend customer MSHA Safety Training Class;

Responsibilities:

Sort, layout and erect structural steel members and platforms Read structural prints and diagrams Structural welding is a plus Work in inclement weather Fabrication of structural members

Qualifications:

Must have complete set of ironworker trade tools Read and interpret equipment schematics and structural drawings Knowledge of lifting equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment About Hope Power & Industrial Inc.
