Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the office and have previous experience in this field. Authorization to work lawfully in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
License / Certification
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Knowledge and experience performing environmental operation functions CDL preferred, but not required Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Knowledge of downhole packers, tubing anchors, and their repair is essential Job Responsibilities Disassemble returned pumps, well packers, tubing anchors, and other tools; wash parts with solvent or pressure washers; remove old seals, debris, or corrosion Hand tools to lead technicians, move heavy metal parts using hoists or cranes, and stage replacement components (o-rings, slips, and packing elements) Assist in reassembling repaired equipment, sandblast or prep surfaces, and paint finished tools or skids to prevent rust Keep the work area, tools, and safety stations clean, organized, and compliant with company standards Willing to work in all-weather conditions Perform other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, and lift heavy objects up to 50-70 pounds regularly Basic comfort using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring devices Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety rules, including daily use of steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and gloves
