In this role, you'll weld structural steel components used in transmission poles, substations, highway sign structures, and other critical infrastructure projects that support communities across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for welders looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

• Responsibilities
• + Perform Flux Core and Metal Core welding on structural steel components + Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, engineering drawings, and work orders + Weld steel components according to specifications and quality standards + Perform welding in flat and horizontal positions + Inspect and repair welds to ensure compliance with production requirements + Utilize welding equipment including torches, air arc equipment, temperature sticks, and weld gauges + Work closely with fitters and production teams to fabricate multi-component assemblies + Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, jib cranes, hoists, grinders, cutting torches, and related equipment + Maintain production goals while ensuring quality workmanship and safe work practices + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area •Minimum Qualifications•+ High School Diploma or GED preferred + Minimum 1 year of welding experience + Experience with Flux Core and Metal Core welding processes + Ability to pass welding tests including: + 2G Weld Test + T-Joint Test + Carbon Air Arc Test + Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings + Experience using welding equipment, torches, air arc tools, and measuring devices + Overhead crane and jib crane experience required + Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed + Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with seasonal temperature changes •Preferred Qualifications•+ Structural steel fabrication experience + Experience producing UT-passable welds + Forklift experience + Experience working with large steel components and assemblies + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship + Positive attitude and willingness to learn and cross-train •Physical Requirements•+ Stand for extended periods throughout the shift + Frequently lift and move up to 40 pounds + Occasionally work at heights, climb ladders, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel + Ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE •Benefits•+ Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance + 401(k) with Company Match + Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Referral Bonus Program + Career Growth Opportunities + Bonus Opportunities and Shift Differentials •Why Apply?
