Overview Seeking a skilled Structural Fitter to join our conveyor manufacturing team. The Structural Fitter is responsible for interpreting fabrication drawings, fitting and assembling structural steel components, conveyor frames, supports, chutes, and related equipment according to engineering specifications. This position plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality fabrication and safe, efficient production of conveyor systems. Skills and Experience Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum 5 years of structural fitting, fabrication, or steel assembly experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings. Proficient in the use of measuring tools including tape measures, squares, levels, and calipers. Knowledge of structural steel fabrication practices and welding preparation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
