You must be able to read plans and specifications and troubleshoot problems. Other duties may be assigned. Attends work on a regular and consistent basis to achieve management of workload.

• Poor attitude and arguments will not be tolerated
• Regular and consistent inspection of equipment (and report issues to Foreman)
• QC all your fabricated product
• Work scheduled hours including all required overtime
• Provide input as required for problem solving, troubleshoot plans and fabrication problems (i.e. we ask that you share your knowledge on any job-related matter)
• Maintain a cooperative demeanor with co-workers and supervisors
• Work in a safe and productive manner with task appropriate PPEs
• Adhere to employee handbook and safety guidelines
• Participate in daily safety meetings
• Focus on QC
• Ensure organization of prints and any paperwork associated with jobs
• Assist foreman in confirming shop employee time and job numbers are correct for payroll

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
