Job Description
About the Role We are seeking skilled construction professionals to join our field team specializing in the assembly of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) systems. You will play a critical role in the structural integrity and aesthetic finish of large-scale commercial projects by executing precise steel erection and panel installation. Responsibilities Execute the assembly of prefabricated steel building components and structural framing systems. Install insulated metal panels (IMP) and exterior wall systems to meet high-performance building standards. Interpret complex blueprints, layout drawings, and technical installation plans to ensure structural accuracy. Operate heavy equipment, including Telehandlers and SkyTraks, to safely maneuver materials on-site. Perform structural detailing and connections, ensuring all components are secured to project specifications. Maintain a high standard of site safety while working at significant heights and in diverse weather conditions. Collaborate with field supervisors to optimize workflow and meet project milestones efficiently. Qualifications Required Skills Active OSHA 30 Certification. Proven experience in PEMB assembly and structural steel installation. Physical capability to lift heavy materials and perform demanding labor in outdoor environments. Demonstrated ability to work safely at heights using appropriate fall protection. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Butler Building systems and specialized iron work. Proficiency in rigging and heavy load handling techniques. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate power tools and lifts with minimal supervision.
