This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience who enjoys working with tools and is looking for a consistent schedule with long weekends. This role supports the production of glass and metal products in a fast-paced shop environment. Position Overview This role involves performing general labor within the shop, including fabrication, assembly, glazing, and packaging of large glass and metal materials. Candidates should be comfortable working with tools, following safety standards, and supporting overall production flow. Responsibilities Assist with fabrication, assembly, glazing, and packaging of glass and metal products Load and unload materials from trucks Use basic hand tools such as a tape measure, hammer, and screwdriver Support production flow to meet daily output goals Follow all safety and quality standards Requirements 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication Experience using basic hand tools and reading a tape measure Basic math and reading skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and safety-conscious Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
