Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of welding/fabrication experience (required)
- Experience with structural steel fabrication and installation
- Able to read blueprints and fabricate accurately from drawings
- Proficient with MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding (TIG is a plus)
- Experience operating common fabrication equipment (ironworker, saws, grinders, etc.)
- Reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and show up ready to work Who we're looking for: We're not looking for someone who needs to be micromanaged.
