Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 8 years of welding/fabrication experience (required)
• ⁠ ⁠Experience with structural steel fabrication and installation
• ⁠ ⁠Able to read blueprints and fabricate accurately from drawings
• ⁠ ⁠Proficient with MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding (TIG is a plus)
• ⁠ ⁠Experience operating common fabrication equipment (ironworker, saws, grinders, etc.)
• ⁠ ⁠Reliable transportation
• ⁠ ⁠Must be dependable and show up ready to work Who we're looking for: We're not looking for someone who needs to be micromanaged.
