Role:

We're looking for a Precision Fabricator. Someone who can take a drawing or concept and make it real. You'll fit, weld, form, cut, and assemble precision parts and structures that meet tight tolerances and high standards. You'll own your work from start to finish, think ahead, and take pride in clean, accurate builds.

What You'll Do:

Fabricate and assemble precision components and structures from stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel Interpret engineering drawings and 3D models to plan and execute builds Fit, align, and weld parts to close tolerances Operate fabrication tools (brake, laser, saw, press, drill, etc.) safely and efficiently Collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure dimensional accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Perform in-process checks to verify quality at every stage

Qualifications:

5+ years in precision fabrication, or related field Proficient in reading engineering drawings and GD&T Skilled in fitting, welding, forming, and assembly Experience with stainless and aluminum fabrication preferred Comfortable using calipers, height gauges, and inspection tools AS9100, aerospace, or defense experience a plus
