STRUCTURAL STEEL FITTER / WELDER

to join us at Waco Metal Products. Fitting Reading and interpreting technical drawings , blueprints, and specifications. Measuring , cutting , shaping , and assembling metal components before welding. Ensuring all parts are aligned correctly and fit precisely according to plans. Welding Using welding techniques such as

MIG , TIG

, Stick (SMAW) , or Flux-core to fuse metal parts. Working with various metals like steel , aluminum , or stainless steel . Performing weld inspections (visual or NDT) to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Skills and Qualities Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes . Ability to work from technical drawings with precision. Experience with tools and machinery like grinders, torches, saws, and cranes. Day Shift Hours 6am-3pm with a one hour lunch (occasional overtime as needed) Second Shift Hours 3pm-12am With a one hour lunch (occasional overtime as needed)
