Job Description
Metal Fabricator Top Bead Welding Service, Inc. is looking for a skilled and dependable Metal Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on welding and fabrication experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is willing to learn and operate a variety of fabrication equipment. Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding as required for various fabrication projects. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and job specifications. Perform cutting, fitting, grinding, drilling, and general metal fabrication. Operate automatic press brakes and other fabrication equipment. Learn to safely operate and assist with the operation of our laser cutting equipment . Measure, inspect, and ensure fabricated parts meet required specifications and quality standards. Work with a variety of metals and materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Work independently while also being able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the fabrication team. Perform other duties related to welding and fabrication as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in metal fabrication and welding required. Strong understanding of welding processes, fabrication techniques, and shop safety. Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements. Experience operating press brakes, shears, saws, or other fabrication equipment is preferred. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment and processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable, hardworking, and willing to take direction and learn. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as required. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
