In this energetic role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing steel components with precision and safety at the forefront. Your expertise in reading blueprints, operating power tools, and welding techniques will ensure the successful completion of complex structural elements. Responsibilities Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and shop math to accurately fabricate and assemble steel structures Operate cranes, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal materials Perform welding using various techniques including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), ensuring adherence to AWS (American Welding Society) standards and ASME codes Measure and mark materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and hand tools to ensure accurate fabrication Assemble structural components on-site or in the shop using mechanical fabrication methods and hand tools while following safety protocols Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for ductwork, metal fabrication, and mechanical assembly tasks Maintain a clean work environment by following safety procedures, inspecting equipment regularly, and adhering to all safety protocols Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on steel fabrication or structural assembly Hands-on experience operating cranes, plasma cutters, press brakes, and power tools in a fabrication shop or construction environment Skilled in welding techniques including

MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW

with knowledge of AWS standards Familiarity with blueprint reading, mechanical blueprint interpretation, shop math, and technical drawings related to metal fabrication projects Knowledge of safety protocols specific to steel construction sites and fabrication shops Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers accurately for precise work Mechanical knowledge related to metal materials, ductwork installation, machining processes, soldering, plasma cutting, and assembly tasks Join us in building structures that stand the test of time!
