• structural steel erection and connection Shop Ironworkers
• fabrication, layout, cutting, and shop welding Field Riggers
• rigging, hoisting, and crane signaling Stick (SMAW) and Flux-Core (FCAW) welders Industrial construction and maintenance experience Commercial and structural steel experience What You'll Do Erect, connect, fit, bolt, and weld structural steel (field) Fabricate, cut, layout, and weld steel components (shop) Rig and hoist structural steel and equipment; signal cranes Install decking, joists, stairs, ladders, and handrails Read blueprints and shop drawings Work safely in industrial and commercial environments per OSHA standards Qualifications 4+ years of Ironworker experience, Journeyman-level Experience in structural steel erection, shop fabrication, rigging, or welding Reliable attendance and strong safety/work ethic Able to pass required drug screening Own basic trade tools (spud wrench, sleever bar, bull pins, tape measure, welding hood) Preferred (not required) Current welding certifications, crane signaling certification, industrial maintenance experience, bridge or heavy structural steel experience.
