The ideal candidate will have strong TIG welding skills, fabrication experience, and the ability to read blueprints and accurately measure materials. Responsibilities TIG weld sheet metal and structural components Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Measure and fit components using calipers, micrometers, and shop math Use hand/power tools, plasma cutters, and other welding equipment Fabricate, cut, shape, and assemble metal components Inspect welds for quality and accuracy Maintain a safe, clean work environment Requirements Strong TIG welding experience Experience with MIG, FCAW, or SMAW is a plus Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Fabrication and sheet metal experience Comfortable using measuring tools and shop math Construction or fabrication shop experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Direct Hire | 2nd or 3rd Shift | 5-8s #
