Landvision Designs is seeking an experienced Landscape Designer and Salesperson to join our team. This position involves meeting with potential clients, designing outdoor projects, providing estimates, and coordinating project installations.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients to discuss the scope of their project.
• Assess prospective client needs through email, phone, and on-site meetings.
• Design and estimate the cost of projects including hardscape, planting, and lighting plans and create construction details.
• Conduct meetings with clients to review designs to sell the job for installation.
• Collaborate with other Landvision designers and managers to problem solve and brainstorm on company-wide projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• A four-year degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, or other related degree.
• A portfolio of demonstrated designs across a range of outdoor living needs including hardscapes, softscapes, lighting, etc.
• Five years of sales and design experience.
• Applicant must have valid NC driver's license.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
• Background check required
