LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT WINSTON SALEM, NC
We are seeking a creative and talented Landscape Architect to join our growing team in Winston Salem, NC. This position focuses on the design and production of site plans and construction documents for a diverse portfolio, including urban spaces, parks, commercial developments, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, higher education campuses, and residential developments. You will work closely with other project team members in a highly collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION A
min of 4-years of experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited University. Proficient computer skills in AutoCAD, LandFX, and Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.). Strong graphic representation abilities using both hand drafting and digital methods. Proficient in the production of site and amenity construction documents. Proficient in site grading. Proficient in detailing amenity designs. Excellent written, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external design disciplines. Analyze and apply municipal, county, and state zoning and design codes. Ability to work within a collaborative design environment. NOTICE Stimmel is an equal opportunity employer.
